Hi there! My name is Ally and I am the cookie creator behind Ally Batch. I’ve always enjoyed the process of baking and even more so seeing my loved ones enjoy them. When I think of sugar cookies, I can’t help but think of my lola (grandma in Tagalog). I remember the danish cookies in the blue tin can that my lola loved to eat. My lola is a big reason why I decided to take the leap and turn one of my passions in to a small business. I love getting requests from you guys because it allows me to channel all those creative outlets in to each cookie and also be a part of your special event too. The designing, mixing, baking, decorating, and delivering process are all equally my favorite.
